# Set the Currency and Date Format at the Account Level

You can specify how to display dates and numbers based on the country. When you set the currency at the account level, it’s applied to all the workspaces.

1. To the right of the navigation bar, click the dropdown arrow and select the **Account Settings** gear icon.
2. Scroll down to the **Settings** section.
3. From the **Culture** dropdown, select the country for the account.
4. From the **Currency** dropdown, select the currency.
5. Save your settings.

    Note When connecting an API connector, Marketing Cloud Intelligence Data Pipelines converts the currency from the source currency to your account or workspace currency. Currency is calculated every day for uploaded data according to the exchange rate of that day. The default is to get the currency setting from the source. If the source’s setting is inaccurate, set the currency setting for the specific data stream yourself.
6. If you want to add culture settings to an existing data stream:
    1. On the **Import** tab, select the data stream.
    2. Click **Edit**.
    3. Under **More Options**, select **Use account culture settings**.
    4. Save your settings.
