# Execute a Workflow

You can execute a workflow manually, even if it has a defined schedule. You can run up to 10 workflows per hour.

1. On the Manage tab, select **Workflows**.
2. Select the workflow to execute, and click **Process**.
3. To stop the execution, click **Stop Run**.
4. To restart the workflow, click **Status** and select **Enable**.
