# MDP Create a Data Stream with TotalConnect

You can upload data manually, automatically using FTP, or an email address, or by scheduling an update with a technical vendor.

When uploading data, be aware of the data limits:

- Direct upload—40 MB / 15 million rows (subsequent)
- Email—30 МB / 15 million rows (subsequent)
- Import—500 GB / 15 million rows (subsequent)
- FTP—500 GB / 15 million rows (subsequent)

1. Navigate to the **Import** tab.
2. Expand **Data Streams List**.
3. Click **\+ icon**. to add a new data stream
4. Click **TotalConnect**.
5. To upload a file, drag it to the center of the page.
6. To use a technical vendor, select the technical vendor from the list.
7. To use a template, click **Use Template**.
