To create a YouTube Ads API data stream, you need a valid user & password for a Google Ads account with API permissions for each account you want to pull data for.

1. On the **Import** tab, expand **Data Streams**.
2. Click **Add New**.
3. Select the **YouTube Ads Custom** connector.
4. In the **General** section, select the account that you want to pull data for.
5. To add a new data source authentication, click **Add New** and enter your Google Ads credentials.
6. Select the profile you want to pull data for.
7. Set the time period for the initial data fetch. You can process data up to the past 180 days.
8. In the **Extended Properties** section, you can set these additional settings:
    1. To add dimensions associated with creative breakdown, select **Creative Breakdown**. The ‘Video Duration’ measurement is added along with these dimensions:

        - Ad Name (unmapped)
        - Ad Id (mapped to ‘Creative Key’)
        - Video Title (mapped to ‘Creative Name’)
        - VideoCannelId (mapped to ‘Creative Category’)
        - Video Id (mapped to ‘Creative Concept’)
        - Creative Name (mapped to ‘Creative to Billing Placement name’)
    2. To add dimensions associated with the device breakdown to the data stream, select **Get Device Breakdown**.
9. To change the mapping, click **Mapping**. Otherwise, you can always access mapping by selecting **Map to Model** at the bottom of the **Create New Stream** page.
10. To define advanced settings, at the bottom of the screen, select **Advanced Settings**.
11. Click **Create**.
12. Quality check your data.
    1. Create a report in the YouTube Ads platform for the required date.
    2. Process the relevant data stream in Marketing Cloud Intelligence Data Pipelines filtered to the same date range.
    3. Create an identical report or pivot table in Marketing Cloud Intelligence Data Pipelines with the same date range, dimensions, and measurements.
    4. Compare the measurement totals to make sure that they’re aligned.
