# Troubleshooting Reach Data for Facebook Ads Custom

After you set up reach, ensure that all parameters in the Facebook platform match the parameters and granularities set in Marketing Cloud Intelligence Data Pipelines.

- **Date Range**—Facebook reach is the number of unique users reached based on the parameters that you set. When comparing the data, select the correct parameters in Facebook. For example, if you set up a 31-day sliding window in Intelligence Data Pipelines, select the 31 days before this date in Facebook. For example, if you select April 2, select 31 days before—March 2 through April 2. Facebook displays how many people you’ve reached by April 2, counting 31 days back.
- **Dimensions & Granularities** —Select the data stream granularity to match the granularity set in Facebook. For example, if you set up a data stream to report reach at a campaign level, select campaign in Facebook.
