# Trigger an Action Rule from the Management Screen

Triggering an action manually allows you to run an action rule at any time. If the action rule condition is met, the rule executes the actions specified in it. For example, if your stakeholders ask for an updated report in the middle of the week, you can trigger the action rule and see the latest information.

1. On the Manage tab, click **Activation Center** and then **Action Rules** in the left panel. A list of all the action rules appears.
2. Select the row of the desired action rule. Click **Run**.
3. If the action rule’s condition is met, the rule executes the actions specified in it. For example, if you want to be notified when your Message Total Clicks drops below 100, you’re notified when your total drops below 100.
