# Find Duplicate Prospects

Keep your Account Engagement business unit’s data clean and accurate by merging duplicate prospect records in Optimizer.

### Required Editions

              Optimizer, Prospect &gt; View prospects not assigned to self</td>

1. Open Optimizer.
    1. In Account Engagement, select **Admin** and then select **Optimizer**.
    2. In the Lightning app, select **Account Engagement Settings** and then select **Optimizer**.
2. Under Maintenance Resources, click **Review Duplicate Prospects**.
3. Use the action menu to review prospects in your business unit or in the Recycle Bin. On the Duplicate Prospects page, click ![gear icon](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-mktg-pardot-264-0-0-production-enus/5fef4d4f-9a34-45c6-8cd3-e3200b9eeba8/pardot/images/pardot_settings_icon.png) next to the prospect email address, and then select either **Review Prospects** or **Review Prospects In Recycle Bin**.
4. If you have multiple prospects with the same email address, select and merge them using table actions.
