# Create Dynamic Lists to Manage Opt-Ins

To manage your confirmed opt-in process, create two dynamic lists in Account Engagement. The first is for people who submitted your signup form but haven’t confirmed their subscription. The second dynamic list is for subscribers who have clicked the confirmation link in the autoresponder email.

            </td>

      </table>

1. Open the Lists page.
    - In Account Engagement, select **Marketing** | **Segmentation** | **Lists**.
    - In the Lightning app, select **Prospects**, and then **Segmentation** | **Segmentation Lists**.
2. Click **\+ Add List**.
3. Name the list.
    1. For the not confirmed list, enter **Not Confirmed**.
    2. For the confirmed list, enter **Confirmed Opt-In**.
4. Select **Dynamic List**.

    Don’t make this list public. Public lists are visible to subscribers on email preference center pages.
5. Click **Set Rules**.
6. Select **Match all**, and then click **Add new rule**.
7. Use the dropdown menus to set the criteria.
    1. For the not confirmed list, use **Prospect custom field** | **Confirmed Opt-In** | **isn’t** | **True** AND **Prospect form** or **Prospect form handler** | Name of your signup form | **was completed successfully**.
    2. For the confirmed opt-in list, use **Prospect custom field** | **Confirmed Opt-In** | **is** | **True**.
8. To confirm that your dynamic list populates as expected, click **Preview**.
9. Click **Run Rules**.

After you create your two dynamic lists, only prospects who have confirmed their subscription are added to the confirmed opt-in list. Use only the confirmed opt-in list for marketing emails.
