# Use Standard Reports for Data Management and Analytics

Marketing Cloud Engagement provides many standard reports to track the effectiveness of your campaigns. You can run reports manually, schedule them to run automatically, and choose who receives the reports. For Hyperforce-supported reports, use Intelligence Reports. When you deactivate a user who created reports, their reports are deleted.

Note As of May 25, 2018, email reports that reference individual subscribers no longer include subscribers who were deleted using the legacy Email Studio delete functionality.

Standard reports cover Email Studio, Journey Builder, MobileConnect, MobilePush, Microsite, CloudPages, Contacts, and Administration.

1. From Analytics Builder, click **Reports**.
2. Select a standard report.
3. Configure your report.
4. Export or share your report.

Make sure that your report doesn’t exceed 6 MB. For larger reports, use Enhanced FTP to send to recipients. A sending report failure is often due to the attached report being larger than the maximum size.
