# Transferring Marketing Cloud Personalization Metadata

Transfer Marketing Cloud Personalization data model to Data 360 with the assistance of the data model download tool. This purpose-built tool generates a .zip file of your Marketing Cloud Personalization catalog model as Data 360 metadata. You can then use this file to transfer metadata to Data 360 using data kit deployment.

    The Marketing Cloud Personalization metadata download tool extracts information from your data model and adds all necessary components as Data 360 metadata to a .zip file. The tool also builds and includes data kits for deploying the metadata to Data 360. The data model transfers the data using two data stream bundles–one for a web bundle data streams and another for profile bundle data streams.
