# Download the Marketing Cloud Personalization Data Model and Data 360 Data Kit

Use the Marketing Cloud Personalization data model download tool to generate a .zip file containing the Marketing Cloud Personalization data model as Data 360 metadata. This tool also generates a data kit with Data 360 objects and setup infrastructure.

Important Before downloading your data model, make sure to configure an Amazon S3 connector in Data 360. See [Amazon S3 Connector](https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/data/data-cloud-int/guide/c360-a-awss3-connector.html) in the Data 360 Integration Guide for details.

You can deploy the data kit to Data 360 to set up DMOs for standard and custom catalog object types, including attribute mappings, and enable configuration of required data streams to Data 360.

Important The Marketing Cloud Personalization data transfer tools are intended for limited use at the beginning of the sales process or during implementation.

To download the Marketing Cloud Personalization data model:

1. From Marketing Cloud Personalization main navigation, select **Settings** | **Marketing Cloud Next**.
    
    The Marketing Cloud Next for Personalization Data Export page opens.
2. In the Data Model Download Tool section, click **Download Data Model**.
    
    The system creates and downloads a `.zip` file containing the Marketing Cloud Personalization data model and a Data 360 data kit. Unless the browser is configured to request a download location, the file downloads to the location defined in your browser settings.
