# SFTP File Locations

During ETL feed processing, Personalization moves feed files into folders shown on the SFTP files screen.

  
| Folder | Feed File Location When | Job Status |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **inbound** | The ETL job hasn’t yet started. | Initialized, Queued, or Preparing |
| **outbound** | Used for Segment Exporter jobs. |   |
| **processing** | The ETL job is processing the file. | Running |
| **processed** | The ETL job completed successfully. | Complete |
| **failed** | An error occurred during feed processing. | Error |
