# Rule Manager Options

To refine your email and web recommendations, use the rules in Einstein Recommendations Rule Manager.

 
| Rule | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Search | Displays all rules containing the search term. |
| Configure New Rule | Creates a rule. |
| Name | Unique name for the rule. |
| Context | Determines where you can apply the rule. |
| Status | Indicates whether the rule is active or inactive. |
| Gears: Configure | Edits the rule. |
| Gears: Settings | Configures advanced rule settings. |
| Gears: Duplicate | Duplicates the rule. |
| Gears: Delete | Permanently removes the rule. |
| Previous or Next | Displays the previous 20 or next 20 rules. |
