# Disable or Pause the Einstein Content Selection Weather Feature

Disabling the weather feature permanently removes all weather-related metadata. If you don’t want to lose your weather-related metadata, you can pause the feature.

To disable the weather feature, in Setup, click **Deactivate & Delete**.

To pause the feature, deselect **Weather Enabled** on each asset class. No data is deleted, and you can turn on the weather feature at any time without losing data.
