# Reset a Forgotten Password

Complete these steps to reset a forgotten password for your Marketing Cloud Engagement account.

1. At the login screen, enter your username and click **Next**.
2. Click **Forgot Your Password**.
3. Enter your email address and click **Next**.
4. Authenticate your login with an email security code or multi-factor authentication (MFA) token, and then click **Next**.
5. Answer the security question and click **Next**.
6. Enter and confirm a new password, and then click **Finish**.
