# Configure a Retail Re-Engagement Journey

Drive engagement with customers who haven't interacted with your brand in a while with this Package Manager solution.

Before you start, [deploy](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.mc_overview_deploy_industry_solution.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Deploy an industry solution to a Marketing Cloud Engagement business unit or enterprise.") the Retail Re-Engagement solution.

1. To support personalization, customize the data extension with your customer data.
    1. In Contact Builder, select **Data Extensions**.
    2. Expand the Data Extensions folder, and select the Industry Solutions folder.
    3. Select the **Re-Engage After 30 Days No Purchase** data extension, and add your customer’s data to the relevant fields.
2. Rename the Retail Post Purchase journey.
    1. Open Journey Builder and select **Folders**.
    2. Select the folder that you deployed to, and then select **Retail Re-Engagement**.
    3. Rename the journey to reflect your brand.
3. To schedule when your entry event runs, click **Schedule**.
4. To configure changes to the split or winner evaluation, select **Test Split**.
5. To customize and test all the emails in the journey, use the instructions in the email templates.
6. Ensure that your purchase data populates the [PurchaseDate field in the contact record](https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/marketing/marketing-cloud/references/mc_rest_contacts/updateContacts.html) for the **Purchased?** decision split.
7. [Set a goal for your journey](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.mc_jb_define_goal.htm&language=en_US), and then activate it.
