Learn how to reset lost or forgotten passwords in Marketing Cloud Engagement by using the password management feature.

The first time you log in to your Marketing Cloud Engagement account, you must specify a new password and set up security questions. The next time you change the password, provide the answers to your security questions to verify your identity.
