# Edit a Custom STOP Keyword in MobileConnect

Edit a custom STOP keyword in Marketing Cloud Engagement.

1. In the app switcher, hover over your name and click **Setup**.
2. Search for MobileConnect.
3. Select the short or long code.
4. Click **Edit** next to Account STOP.
5. Click the keyword.
6. Make and save your changes.
