# Dashboards in Marketing Intelligence

Dashboards in Marketing Intelligence help you analyze performance, evaluate marketing impact, and understand customer behavior across channels, campaigns, and segments. Each dashboard focuses on a specific type of analysis, enabling you to explore trends, compare results, and make data-driven decisions.

Dashboards are organized by the type of analysis they support:

Overview dashboards

Monitor overall marketing performance across campaigns and channels.

[Anchor Campaign dashboards](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.mc_mi_dashboard_anchor_campaign.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "The Anchor Campaign dashboard provides a unified view of how campaigns from different channels, such as social, email, and search, perform together under a shared business objective. Anchor Campaigns group related campaigns using rules that automatically include new campaigns, reducing the need to track campaigns individually.")

Evaluate how campaigns work together toward a shared business objective.

[Touch-Based Attribution dashboards](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.mc_mi_dashboard_touch_attribution.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Touch-based attribution shows how individual marketing interactions contribute to conversions across customer journeys. While funnel-based attribution tracks journey stages, touch-based attribution compares models and shows which channels and campaigns influence conversions across the customer journey and shape outcomes. Cross-Channel Path Exploration complements this view by showing the order of channels in each customer journey. Use the Path Exploration tab to identify common paths and drop-off points.")

Understand which marketing interactions contributed to conversions.

[Funnel-Based Attribution dashboards](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.mc_mi_dashboard_funnel_attribution.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "The Funnel-Based Attribution dashboards show how customers progress through defined stages in the customer journey, from first engagement to conversion. Unlike touch-based attribution, which measures the contribution of individual marketing interactions to conversions, funnel-based attribution measures how effectively users move from one stage to the next. Use these dashboards to identify where users drop off, understand how marketing drives progression through each stage, and evaluate how channels and campaigns contribute to advancement through the funnel.")

Analyze customer progression through the journey and identify where users drop off.

[Cross Channel Segment Intelligence dashboard](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.mc_mi_dashboard_segment_intelligence.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "The Cross-Channel Segment Intelligence dashboard brings together data from paid channels, such as Meta and Google, and owned channels, such as Email and SMS, to provide a unified view of audience performance across segments.")

Compare audience performance across paid and owned channels.
