**Before You Begin**

Ask your Salesforce admin to turn on **Budget Reallocation (Beta)** in the Feature Manager in Marketing Intelligence. Then confirm the following:

- The data space uses the latest version of the Semantic Data Model. If Budget Reallocation isn't available for this data space, ask your Salesforce admin to upgrade the semantic model in Marketing Intelligence Setup.
- Each campaign is active for at least 7 days.
- The campaigns use the same currency.
- Wait at least 3 days before reallocating the same campaign.

**Reallocate the Budget:**

1. In Marketing Intelligence, from the **Home** tab, select **Boost Performance**.

The **Optimization Suggestions** panel opens on the right.
2. On the **Optimize Budget** card, select **View Details**.

    The **Optimize Budget** window opens.
3. In the left panel, select a metric and select the channels to include.
4. In **New Daily Budget**, enter the total daily budget to allocate across campaigns.
5. Expand **Optimization Guardrails**.

Set **Daily Budget Range** to define the minimum and maximum daily budget for each campaign. Set **Maximum Daily Change Percentage** to limit how much a campaign’s daily budget can change in one day.
6. Select **Calculate**.

Budget Reallocation shows a suggested budget for each campaign in the **Budget Allocation by Campaign** table.
7. Review the suggested budgets.
8. Select **Reallocate Budget**.
9. In the confirmation dialog, review the current and new daily budget totals, then select **Reallocate**.

Budget Reallocation applies the approved budget changes. Larger changes can take longer to apply in ad channels.
