# Can I Add the SubscriberID Parameter to a Link in Journey Builder?

Yes. You can manually append the `sfmc_id=%%subscriberid%%` parameter to a link, just like other UTM parameters. When you do, the subscriber is added to an audience, published to Marketing Cloud Engagement, and added back into a journey using the data extension for the audience.
