# Modify an Attribute in Marketing Cloud Engagement

Modify subscriber attributes in Email Studio.

1. Click **Subscribers**.
2. Click either **Profile Management** or **Preference Management**.
3. Click the attribute to modify.
4. Edit the properties as desired.
5. Click **OK**.
