# Create a Keyword List

Follow these steps to create an Enterprise Reply Mail Management keyword list.

1. In Marketing Cloud Engagement Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter reply mail, and then select **Enterprise Reply Mail Management**.
2. Click **Keyword Lists**.
3. Click **Create**.
4. Enter a name and description for your list.
5. Enter the terms to include in your list in the Keywords field. Separate each word with a comma or semicolon.
    
    You can copy information from a spreadsheet directly into the Keywords field.
6. Click **Create**.
