# Track Quick Send Activities with Distributed Marketing

You can enable tracking Distributed Marketing sends to monitor what Quick Send Distributed Marketing uses most. You have two options to view adoption records for leads and contacts. The option you choose depends on whether you’re using Experience Cloud or Communities and whether you need to display the adoption records. Tracking activities adds to your storage consumption limits. To stay within your limits, we recommend deleting objects that are no longer needed.

If your organization does display Distributed Marketing records in Sales Cloud or Experience Cloud, follow these steps.

1. Go to a Contact or Lead record page.
2. If you display Distributed Marketing records in Sales Cloud or Experience Cloud, use these steps.
    1. At the top of the page, click the Setup cog, and select **Edit Object**.
    2. Select **Page Layouts**, and select the page that you want to modify.
    3. Click **Related Lists**, and drag DM Activity Log to the page.
    4. Select the fields that you want to display in the log.

Because users aren’t creating these records manually, we recommend deselecting **New** and **Change Owner**.
    5. Click **Save**.
3. If your org doesn't need to display Distributed Marketing records in Experience Cloud, use these steps.
    1. At the top of the page, click the Setup cog, and select **Edit Page**.
    2. Drag a Dynamic Related List - Single component to the page.
    3. Set the related list to DM Activity Log, and configure the type as list.

Up to 30 records can be displayed.
    4. Select up to 10 fields to display.

Only the List Type in a main region can display more than four fields.
    5. To display fields from lookups directly in the list, add formula fields to the DM Activity Log and expose those fields. You can then select the fields when configuring the Dynamic Related List in the page editor.
    6. Click **Save**.
