# Validate Collect Tracking Code Implementation

After you configure a catalog and deploy Collect Tracking Code to your website, test it to make sure it’s installed properly.

1. Browse your website, visiting each class of page that uses Collect Tracking Code.
2. In Personalization Builder, select **Email Recommendations** or **Web Recommendations**.
3. Click the **Status** tab. The Status Console provides a lens into today’s traffic on each class of page. Ensure that the counts for each type of page have incremented as you expect them. It also shows common implementation problems and provides details on how to fix them.
4. Subscribe to notifications to receive an email if data collection stops on a specific class of page.
