# Complete Create Template Fields

Follow these steps to complete the field information and steps when creating a template in Content Builder.

1. Enter an internal name. You and other users see this name in your folders, but external subscribers do not see this name.
2. To choose a different folder, choose **Change** in the Location field.
3. Enter an internal description of the template. The template description is what you and other users see in your template folder.
4. To associate the email with a tag, choose **Add** and enter the name of a tag.
5. To select business units and set sharing permissions, choose **Share**.
