# Contact Builder Access

A Marketing Cloud Engagement admin can restrict which Marketing Cloud Engagement users can access Contact Builder.

Modify the user permissions for each user to determine their level of access.

- Access—User can access the Contact Builder app
- View All Contacts—User can view contact information in Contact Builder
- Delete Contacts—User can delete contact records from Contact Builder
- Administer Contact Data Model—User can change data relationships for attributes groups and other entities in Contact Builder
