# Brand Settings and Personalities

Define your organization’s brand identity and add the personalities to use when generating tailored content. In addition to the provided Professional and Casual personalities, you can create up to 10 more personalities to match your needs. Then use Einstein generative AI features to create messages that reflect what you want to convey to your customers.

By thoroughly and thoughtfully setting up an identity that’s relevant for each of your business units, marketing leadership can generate content that aligns to your brand automatically. You set up the identity and personalities one time, and then the information persists in all your generative content. In addition to the [Salesforce Trust Layer](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ai.generative_ai_trust_layer.htm&language=en_US), grounding your prompts using information specific to your brand makes the content that Einstein generates as accurate as possible. You can also set any personality as a default. The default personality is added to every generation, and along with the brand identity, it provides more personalized and consistent results.

When you set up a brand personality give it a name and describe what that the personality means to your brand as if you were describing it to a copywriter. The more descriptive you can be, the better your results. Here are some examples.

- You want to convey a sense of urgency. You create a personality called Urgent with this description.

A style that uses clear and concise language combined with time-sensitive words. Always prioritize genuine deadlines or actions at the beginning, and avoid overusing all caps or multiple exclamation points to maintain trust and avoid appearing aggressive.
- You want to convey curiosity. You create a personality called Inquisitive with this description.

Pose genuine questions relevant to the recipient’s interests or needs. Use open-ended queries that pique curiosity without being overly complex, and ensure that the content provides an answer or solution to the question posed, fostering engagement and a desire to learn more.

Different factors can impact your brand personality choices, including the needs of individual business units. Einstein takes your brand identity and the personality that you choose into account when generating content. If you don’t see a personality in the list that fits your needs, ask your Salesforce admin to set up a new personality for you in Einstein Copy Insights Brand Settings setup.

Example Your upcoming campaign targets avid hikers and campers to promote quick dry socks. You create a brand personality called Adventurous that reflects the persona. Then, Einstein takes your organization’s brand identity and your chosen personality into account when you generate content for the campaign.
