# Exclusions Tab

Use the Exclusions tab in Audience Builder to create suppression criteria from your attribute library. You can then remove a subset of contacts from a filtered audience or segment.

The Exclusions tab offers this functionality:

- Create, update, and delete exclusion criteria
- Create, update, and delete exclusion criteria templates
- View exclusions counts, including total counts and running total counts
- View exclusion summary data in the Summary Tab:
    - Counts
    - Priority
    - Name
    - Code
    - Criteria

- **[Use Audiences with Deprecated Exclusion Operators](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.mc_ab_use_audiences_with_deprecated_exclusion_operators.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
