# Add a Custom Field to the Product Data Model Object

Add an Image URL field to the Product2 DMO to include pictures alongside recommended promotions.

### Required Editions

<table class="slds-table slds-table_bordered slds-max-medium-table_stacked slds-m-bottom_small edition"><colgroup><col style="width:100%"></colgroup><tbody><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Available in: Lightning Experience</td></tr><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Available in: <strong>Enterprise</strong>, <strong>Unlimited</strong>, and <strong>Developer</strong> Editions with Real-Time Offer Management. Additionally, you need Data Cloud and Personalization.</td></tr></tbody></table>

1. In Data Cloud, go to the Data Streams tab.
2. Search for and select the **Product2** data stream.
3. Click **Review**.
    
    The field-mapping canvas shows your source Data Lake Objects (DLOs) on the left and target DMOs on the right.
4. Under the Product DMO, click the arrow next to the unmapped fields.
5. Click **Add New Field**.
6. Provide these details:

    | --- | --- | --- |
    | Image URL | ImageUrl | Text |
7. Save your changes.
8. To establish the mapping connection, select **Display Url** in the DLOs and **Image Url** in the DMOs.
9. Save your changes.
