# Scheduled Reports

Admin and power users can create a scheduled report so that a collection, dashboard page, or widget is sent to them at a specific time. This feature is especially useful to send executive overviews automatically or to send a weekly report to stakeholders without manually downloading and sending the report.

- **[Create a Scheduled Report for a Collection](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.dato_visualize_share_sched_coll_create.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
A scheduled report of your collection sends a PPT, PNG, or PDF file, depending on how you configure the settings.
- **[Create a Scheduled Report for a Dashboard Page](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.dato_visualize_share_sched_dash_create.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
A scheduled report of your dashboard page sends a PNG or PDF file, depending on how you configure the settings.
- **[Create a Scheduled Report for a Widget](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.dato_visualize_share_sched_widget_create.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
A scheduled report of your widget sends a PNG file of your widget.
