# Create an App Page

You can add new app pages directly from the marketplace or the Visualize tab.

<table class="slds-table slds-table_bordered slds-max-medium-table_stacked slds-m-bottom_small ">
        <colgroup>
          <col style="width:50%">
          <col style="width:50%">
        </colgroup>
        <thead class="slds-text-title_caps ">
          <tr class="">
            <th scope="colgroup" class="slds-cell-wrap" colspan="2" style="vertical-align:top;" id="d63312e38">REQUIRED USER ROLE</th>
          </tr>
        </thead>
        <tbody>
          <tr class="">
            <td data-label="REQUIRED USER ROLE" class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;" headers="d63312e38 ">To create and app page </td>

            <td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;" headers="d63312e38 ">Admin and Power User</td>

          </tr>
        </tbody>
      </table>

Click **Manage App in Collections**, or, from within the **Visualize** tab:

1. Go to the **Visualize** tab.
2. Select a collection.
3. Click **Add New Page**.
4. Select **App Pages**.
5. Search for or select the app instance you want to create a page for. If you’re an admin user and don’t see the app you want, click Go to **Marketplace** for more Apps.
6. After you click the app you want to create a page for, a new app page is automatically created.
7. After the app page is created, you can edit the page by clicking the pencil icon.

Note

- App pages are preconfigured to focus on specific use cases, so you can only edit certain aspects of the page, such as page filters and permissions.
- Currently, when exporting a collection that contains an app page, the app isn’t exported.
