# Sharing Apps

Share an app from the Installed Solutions page to enable other people to use the apps installed on your workspace.

    Share installed apps to enable other user roles within your workspace to use the app. You can share apps only with users who have access to your workspace. All admins of the workspace automatically see all of the apps.

    Create an external link to your app and share it with others outside of the Marketing Cloud Intelligence platform.
- **[Share an Offline Version of the App](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.dato_market_share_offline.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**  
    Use the export option to share an offline version of the app with other users. You can either export the app instance into a PDF format, or create a scheduled export and define a report. Apps can be shared either within the app itself, or in the Installed Solutions page.
