# Share an Offline Version of the App

Use the export option to share an offline version of the app with other users. You can either export the app instance into a PDF format, or create a scheduled export and define a report. Apps can be shared either within the app itself, or in the Installed Solutions page.

### Required Editions

Note This feature is only available in apps that enable it, so you may not see this in your app.

1. Access the Marketplace main page from the **Marketplace** tab in Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
2. To share an app directly within an app instance, select the app and then click **Options**.

3. To export a PDF version of the app, select **Export**.
4. To create a report with a defined schedule, select **Schedule Export**.
    
    You're redirected to the **Reports** page where you can define a schedule. For more information, see [Configure Report Scheduling and Delivery](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.dato_anlyz_reports_configure.htm&language=en_US).
5. In the **Configuration** area, the App Instance is automatically defined. You can select a different one if needed.
