1. Install the Data Dictionary app.
    1. In Marketing Cloud Intelligence, on the **Marketplace** tab, select **Apps**.
    2. Select the app, and click **Get it Now**.
2. Select the types of fields that you want to include in the list. If you want, you can refine your selection.
    1. To exclude invisible fields, toggle **Hide Invisible Fields**.
    2. To exclude fields that don’t have descriptions defined for them on the workspace level, toggle **Hide fields with no description**.
    3. To add an expression column to the table, toggle **Include Expression for Calculated Fields**. This option only appears for fields that contain a calculation, such as calculated measurements.
    4. To apply filters to include or exclude fields with specific names, descriptions, or expression values, toggle on **Filter**. Use this action when including or excluding specific naming conventions. For example, if all old and unused fields are marked as internal, filter by excluding any fields containing the word internal.
3. To preview the fields that were found in your workspace, click **Review**. All the fields appear in a table.

Note The data updates based on the data in the workspace according to this logic:

    - If you removed fields from the workspace, they don’t display anymore.
    - If you added a description to a field in the workspace, the description appears in the app.
    - If you updated fields, all the attributes of the fields are updated, except for the descriptions.
    - If you updated the description in the workspace, the new description overrides the description in the app.
    - If you removed the description or changed it, the description remains as it is in the app
4. Click **Finish**
