# View Installed Connectors

All installed connectors appear in the Installed Solutions page. From here, you can view information about the connector, uninstall, and report an issue.

### Required Editions

          </tr>
        </thead>
        <tbody>

          </tr>
        </tbody>
      </table>

When uninstalling, you can choose whether to delete all of the connector’s related entities or keep them. If you decide to keep the related entities, the following happens:

- The connector doesn’t appear in the Connect & Mix tab anymore.
- All data streams, templates, and authentications remain as they were.
- The data streams are disabled automatically.

Important If a connector was installed by an app, you can uninstall it by uninstalling the app.

When reporting an issue about a connector, an email is sent to the developer of the connector. Partners handle issues with partner developed connectors, and Intelligence developers handle issues with Intelligence developed connectors.

1. Access the Marketplace main page from the **Marketplace** tab in Intelligence.
2. Click **Installed Solutions**.
3. Select the **Connectors** tab.
4. View information about each connector including:

    <table class="slds-table slds-table_bordered slds-max-medium-table_stacked slds-m-bottom_small "><tbody><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap">Connector name</td></tr><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap">Developer</td></tr><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap">Number of data streams using this connector</td></tr><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap">Date it was installed</td></tr><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap">Who installed the connector</td></tr></tbody></table>
5. To uninstall the connector, click **Options** and then select **Uninstall**.
6. To report an issue about a connector, select **Contact Support**.

    Depending on the connector developer, either you’re redirected to open a ticket or your email provider appears with an email for you to fill out.
