# Collection Permissions in Marketing Cloud Intelligence

Admins can set permissions to control access to collections for user groups, power users, and viewers. If a viewer has access to several workspaces, you can set permissions for each collection individually.

Three collection permissions are available.

- **Restricted**—Users can’t see this collection.
- **View**—Users can view the collection, but can’t make changes.
- **Edit**—Users can view and edit the collection.

- **[Set Individual Collection Permissions in Marketing Cloud Intelligence](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.dato_getstarted_customize_collperms_setindiv.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Set permissions to manage user access to your collections. The default collection permission table columns are collection, workspace, account, and permissions. You can show or hide additional columns in the table settings.
