For example, you can create a date range called Last 3 Weeks that begins 3 weeks ago from today and ends today.

1. To the left of the navigation bar, click the workspace name and then click the workspace settings gear icon.
2. Expand the workspace settings menu, and select **Custom Date Ranges**.
3. Click **Add New**.
4. Name the custom date range.
5. For the **Start Date** and **End Date** fields, double-click a function or formula on either the **Functions** or **Data Ranges** tab to create the date range.
6. Save your custom date range.
7. When you enter your custom formula, the date is calculated automatically. Calculated dates are relative to the workspace time zone.
