Note The archiving feature is a premium feature available for purchase.

<table class="slds-table slds-table_bordered slds-max-medium-table_stacked slds-m-bottom_small ">
        <colgroup>
          <col style="width:50%">
          <col style="width:50%">
        </colgroup>
        <thead class="slds-text-title_caps ">
          <tr class="">
            <th scope="colgroup" class="slds-cell-wrap" colspan="2" style="vertical-align:top;" id="d13219e41">REQUIRED USER ROLE</th>
          </tr>
        </thead>
        <tbody>
          <tr class="">
            <td data-label="REQUIRED USER ROLE" class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;" headers="d13219e41 ">To edit account settings </td>

            <td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;" headers="d13219e41 ">Admin</td>

          </tr>
        </tbody>
      </table>

You can create reports that query archived data, but they’re limited to a certain number of queries per day. (A query is equivalent to one sheet in reports). Make sure that reports can query archived data. Select **Include Archived Data in Report** when setting up the report.

1. On the **Analyze & Act** tab, select **Reports**.
2. Click **Add New**.
3. Create a report.
4. Expand **Configuration**, and select **Include Archived Data in Report**.

    Each report sheet processed is counted against the daily limit of reports containing archived data.
