# Radarly API Connector

Radarly by Linkfluence, is a social listening platform that uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to turn social data into valuable insights. With Radarly, users can leverage social data and gather valuable consumer insights online.

- Channel: Social Listening
- Data Stream Type: Social Listening
- Data Lagging: 1 Day

## Prerequisites

To connect to the Radarly API, provide a valid Radarly username and password with API access.

## General Setup

After selecting a Project, you can choose to retrieve a single or several Queries, or leave the field empty to retrieve all. Retrieving too many Queries could result in a large amount of data, causing a timeout. If this happens, reduce the number of Queries per data stream.

## Known Issues

- Some platforms don’t allow Radarly to return all the content through their APIs. For example, Twitter restricts their content to be distributed through APIs only to Tweet IDs, Direct Message IDs, and/or User IDs.
- Token limitation - A Radarly user can only use a single data source authentication. This means that in order to use it in different Workspaces, the data source authentication must be shared to the entire Account.

## QA Your Data

This section outlines the steps to take to make sure your data is working in Marketing Cloud Intelligence.

1. Select your Project and then your Dashboard.
2. Select Posts.
3. Configure your filters to match the filters you have in Intelligence
4. Select your date range and export the file.
5. Compare the file to your data in Intelligence.
