# Map a Source Field to a Marketing Cloud Intelligence Field

Map source fields to Marketing Cloud Intelligence fields to connect the data and create a match between your source data and Marketing Cloud Intelligence.

### Required Editions

1. Navigate to the **Connect & Mix** tab.
2. Expand **Data Streams**, and then expand **Data Streams List**.
3. Create a data stream or edit an existing one.
4. At the bottom of the Data Stream page, click **Map to Model**.
5. To see which fields haven’t been mapped, click **Unmapped**.

6. Click an unmapped field, and then click the Marketing Cloud Intelligence field that you want to map it to.
7. Click **Apply**.
8. To unmap a field, click **Mapped**, hover over the mapped field, and then click **Unmap**. After the field is unmapped, it appears in the External Data list as unmapped.
