# Querying Granular Data Centers

Query your Granular Data Centers to pull data from your workspace. You can also query a Granular Data Center in another workspace through sharing. You can create a query manually with an SQL editor or use the Query Builder for an all-click-no-code option. Convert a query from the query builder into SQL to build onto the existing query or to better understand the parameters.

- **[View Granular Data Center Queries](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.dato_data_lakes_query_view.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
All saved queries appear in the Query Granular Data dialog. Here you can view, edit, and even create queries.
- **[Create a Query Using SQL](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.dato_data_lakes_query_create.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
You can use SQL to create joins between tables sourced from different data streams, perform calculations, and apply filters.
- **[Create a Query Using the Query Builder](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.dato_data_lakes_query_builder.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Use the Query Builder to create the query without having to manually create the query in SQL. All you have to do is select the dimensions and measurements and then a query is created automatically. You can convert a query from the query builder into SQL and use it as a regular SQL query. For example, you can save or export the converted query.
- **[Export Query Results](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.dato_data_lakes_query_export.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
You can download or export query results to S3, SFTP, Google Cloud Platform, Azure Blob, or email and define an ongoing schedule.
- **[Granular Data Center Query Limitations](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.dato_data_lakes_query_limitations.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
There are two tools you can use to create queries, the query builder and SQL. SQL should be used for more complex use cases. If you experience any limitations with the preview or downloading your data, consider the export or schedule export options.
- **[Granular Data Center Query Export Options](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.dato_data_lakes_export_options.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
After you create and run your queries, you can download the results locally, export, and schedule an export for your results.
- **[Create a Logical View](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.dato_data_lakes_query_logical.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
You can call a query from another query by creating a view. The view saves the entire query statement so that you don’t have to rewrite it.
- **[Save Query Results as a Data Source](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.dato_data_lakes_query_save.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
You can upload query results to Marketing Cloud Intelligence as a new data source that complements existing data not related to the Granular Data Center.
