          </tr>
        </thead>
        <tbody>

            <td data-label="REQUIRED USER ROLE" class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;" headers="d38054e38 ">To create and manage reports </td>

            <td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;" headers="d38054e38 ">Admin or Power User</td>

          </tr>
        </tbody>
      </table>

    1. Name the report, and select the export format.

        Note The default maximum number of days you can use the history is 180 days.
    3. Optionally, select **Include the Description in the report**.
4. Define configuration details:
    1. Select the collections you want to include in the report. All dashboards and widgets that belong to the selected collection become available for selection.
    2. Select the dashboards you want to include in the report.
    3. Select the widgets you want to display in the report. (Available for PNG only) The default is all widgets in page.
    4. (Optional) Click **Add Filters** to apply a filter to the report.
5. (Optional) Add Advanced Report settings:
    1. Assign the report a different name from the one you entered in the General section. For example, you could create a general name for a report familiar to an admin role, but give the extracted report a different name for the recipient of this report. You can also add tags in the report file name field. For example, {DATA\_START\_DATE} and {DATA\_END\_DATE} automatically enter the report’s start and end dates to the report name.
    2. To include headers in the report, select **Headers**.
    3. To create a unique encryption key to encrypt and decrypt your files, select **GPG Encryption**.
6. Define scheduling and delivery methods for the report.
