# Permission to Create Target Audience for Promotions

Use B2B Referral Management to target promotions towards all partners or specific partner groups. Filter accounts in the org by selecting all advocates or campaign that consists of the accounts you want to target. Provide channel managers the permission to create campaigns in the org.

## Provide Permission to Create Campaigns and Add Campaign Members

If an external system filters and groups your partners, you can help the channel managers by adding accounts as campaign members. To add campaign members:

- Map the filtered partner group to accounts in the org.
- Add the filtered accounts as members by using reports or the Data Import Wizard.
