A flow gives your users a guided path for completing a business process and serves as a
configurable way of creating a unified experience for your users. Create a flow, and then in an
ARC graph, link a flow to a graph action.
Required Editions
The flow walks users through the task with purpose-built pages, guided logic, and validation
rules.

From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Actionable Relationship
Center, and select Actionable Relationship Center.

Click New Relationship Graph or edit an existing graph.

Create a node or select an existing node.

Click the Actions tab.

Click Select an Option, and select
Flows.

Select the flow name that you plan to link, and click Done.

Save the ARC graph changes.

Repeat steps 3 through 7 for the applicable node actions.
