Note
Note If household members don't appear, make sure that:
  • The person account has an active Account-Contact Relationship with a household account.
  • The household account Record Type is set to Household.
  • You have read access to the household account and its related fields.
  • Contact-contact relationships exist between the related person accounts. If you use Salesforce without the Financial Services Cloud managed package, Salesforce doesn't create these relationships automatically. Add them manually on each person account's Related Contacts tab.
