The AI-Powered Document Validation feature automates data extraction and verification from user-submitted documents. It uses Document AI to extract information and an LLM-based validation engine to compare it with existing Salesforce records. The tool extends Advanced Document Validation and highlights discrepancies between the document and Salesforce records, and offers an AI-generated explanation about the difference. Seamlessly audit and eliminate the need for manual, line-by-line reviews.

Note This feature uses Einstein Generative AI and is provided on a separate infrastructure with different security protections and physical hosting locations than those of the Services. Generative AI can produce inaccurate or harmful responses. Review the output for accuracy and safety. Use of Document AI impacts consumption of credits.
