Client Detail gives wealth advisors a complete, real-time view of a client and their
household on a single record page in Agentic Advisor. Before a meeting or during a call,
advisors can see contact details, an AI-generated financial summary, and time-sensitive
portfolio changes and life events with recommended actions. Everything is available from the
account record, so advisors can stay focused on the client.

Why Client Detail in Agentic Advisor
Wealth advisors need client
context to deliver personalized service. Client Detail brings this information directly into
Agentic Advisor so advisors can prepare for interactions without switching between
systems.
Effective wealth management requires understanding each client's financial information, recent
portfolio changes, upcoming life events, and relationship history. Traditionally, advisors
navigated multiple systems, open contact records in separate tabs, and check external
portfolio management tools to gather client context. This scattered information resulted in
time-consuming meeting preparation, incomplete context during calls, and missed client
needs.
Client Detail consolidates this information on the account record page where advisors work.
Instead of switching between systems during a client call or spending time gathering context
before a meeting, advisors have what they need immediately visible.
What Client Detail Shows
Client Detail includes three components that
give advisors the context they need before and during client interactions. The Household
Snapshot component shows primary member contact details and key account details on household
record pages. The Client Pulse component generates an AI-powered summary of a client's
financial health, goal progress, and recent developments each time an advisor opens a
record. The Insights and Actions component shows time-sensitive portfolio changes and
upcoming life events, along with recommended actions advisors can take from the record
page.
