# Activate Service Territory Data Integration Rule

Ensure that the service appointments scheduled by your portal users are routed to appropriate teams or individuals within specific regions or territories.

### Required Editions

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Data Integration Rules, and then select **Data Integration Rules**.
2. Select the **Geocodes for Service Territory Address** data integration rule.
3. If the data integration rule is inactive, activate the rule.
4. Save your changes.
