# Action Plans

Capture repeatable tasks in templates and then automate the task sequences with an action plan. Enhance collaboration and productivity by automatically assigning task owners and deadlines for specific client engagement, such as account openings, loan approvals, and claims processing. Create reports and dashboards to monitor progress and ensure compliance.

Note Action Plans is available in Lightning Experience and included in Salesforce Government Cloud with Lightning Scheduler, Agentforce Financial Services, Health Cloud, Education Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, and Consumer Goods Cloud. For **Agentforce Financial Services**, Action Plans is included with both FSC Sales and FSC Service permission sets. So, no need to assign the Action Plans permission set separately for users with those licenses.
